Once you have engaged us unscheduled machine downtimes and improper handling of coolants and lubricants will belong to the past. Our standards will give you process and auditing reliability.
Condition Monitoring
We record your fluid and machine condition with our barcode-assisted Fluid-Control-System (FCS). Modern barcode terminals are used for that.
Control steps arise from the condition assessment. During services these are recorded and billed with barcode assistance. On request we may integrate your data processing systems like SAP via data import and export interfaces.
We are familiar with the legal guidelines like TRGS 611, so with our service we can give your company the necessary legal certainty.
Service and Preventive Maintenance
We provide your plants with chemical and mineral oil products, aiming at condition-based maintenance cycles to save material and costs. On signing the contract we commit ourselves to open up rationalization and savings potentials at your company.
Our staff can also take over additional tasks like the chips logistics, including associated cost-center assignment and billing
Storage Management
We optimize your warehouse logistics, including material-requirements planning, ordering and receiving goods, and billing, based on actual monthly consumption per unit produced.
Other services in inventory management are:
- Monitoring of stock levels
- Order release at minimum inventory with regard to delivery times and order quantities
- Monthly inventory of total stocks
- Documentation of all incoming and outgoing goods
- Minimization of stock
Oil Recycling and Disposal
A cost-saving processing of the lubricants is often a sensible alternative.
We can assist you in this with our own equipment and systems on site.
The disposal and / or recycling of your waste products we can realize with our in-house partner Südöl Petroleum Refinery Ltd.
Invoicing
Our services will be invoiced according to a clearly defined service catalogue.
Due to continuous data acquisition we can not only offer you potential optimization in your machinery, but also a clear statement of our services.
On request we can also provide you with a machine-readable version for your computer systems.
